You can with dried fruits without added sugar.

Some studies have shown dried blueberries for up to four times more antioxidants than their new counterparts. However, since most of the processes of drying lead to a substantial loss of nutrients and concentrate the sugar and calories, fresh fruit is a better choice in the field of nutrition. Here's why:
* Pre-treatments on the drying process, such as the addition of sulfur dioxide, helping to protect certain nutrients, while other degrading treatment. Sulfur reserves of vitamins A and C, but also destroys thiamin. (Vitamin A is essential for normal growth and helps regulate the metabolism and vitamin C is important for growth and repair of body tissues. Thiamine [vitamin B1] helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy.)
* Often, steamed, cooked fruit or vegetables or accelerate just before drying, causing drying and killing of microorganisms, diseases. This helps to preserve the carotene, thiamine, and pallor, but a loss of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). (Carotene is a precursor of vitaminAmin A, whose meaning described above.)
* May worsen Exposure to light and oxygen, more nutrients.
* Drying at high temperatures can cause the protein efficiency ratio, a measure of protein quality in reducing food, making it harder for the body use the protein in the fruit.

On the positive side, in addition to the antioxidants, nuts, some other advantages. It is rich in fiber, relieve constipation, can lower cholesterol and control diabetes. There is also a good alternative to other sweet snacks and a good source of quick energy for athletes or others who burn many calories. Many nuts are rich in iron, potassium and selenium - all important nutrients for maintaining healthy blood and muscles. They are especially useful for people with anemia, so you can examine a handful of raisins a day, whether anemia is a problem for you.

Ultimately, both dried and fresh blueberries are nutritional benefits. Dried cranberries can be a tasty treat, but nuts are not a substitutefor one to three cups of fresh fruit every day is recommended. Maybe you can get some dried cranberries and fresh bananas you use to flavor your morning bowl of bran flakes, especially when the alternative is a bowl of Fruity sugar bombs.
