My son has these recordings in the legs at the beginning of this year.

They were hard to touch, to red, and she finally appeared and green pus oozing from them. Dried and finally left after 2 weeks.
Two days ago I noticed that my son had on his return from the baby sitter a little of what I thought was diaper rash. I cleaned and kept dry, but in the next 24 hours it has deteriorated. One point in particular, has increased the size of a quarter (it was difficult under the skin), and it was a place that looked like an insect bite, but it was green and larger than an ordinary insect bite. After a bath, which exploded, and had many black and green pus oozing blood. He went into the size of a few hours, and it starts to dry up.
Is this MRSA? or a spider bite really bad? The doctor can me on Monday afternoon.

This does not look like a spider bite, they bite only rarely more than once.
