Has anyone had laser skin resurfacing done? - laser skin resurfacing

For acne scars.
It's a bit expensive, but I want to do some light acne scars on my youth. What I know is, how bad are the scars, as many treatments you have come and it was finally worth it?
I'm worried I'm going for something that they could make the scars worse or do not pay anything.
