First Alert Timer Can You Provide Me With A Simple Countdown Timer?

Can you provide me with a simple countdown timer? - first alert timer

I must insert a JavaScript snippet from an ASP.Net page. I want to get just the code countdown from 20 minutes a message and alert the user session is over there. That is not much imagination.
